| COOPERATION FROM PARENTS |

- Cooperate with the school by seeing that your children are regular, punctual and that they prepare their daily lessons. They must be encouraged to take interest in the school activities & not excused on the slightest pretext.
- Periodic report cards are sent home for signature. Parents are asked to keep an eye on the attendance, leave record and late attendance record.
- Encourage your children to be neat and clean & reliant in work and study. Their help should be enlisted in keeping the home tidy and attending to their own kit. This inculcates in them the idea of dignity of work.
- You may meet the H.M. on the school day between 2.00 p.m. – 3.00 p.m. with appointment.
- Parents or guardians are not allowed to meet the children or their teachers during school hours. An appointment should be arranged with the staff member to meet her during her free periods.
- Private tuitions are strongly discouraged.
- If a student is likely to be absent for more than a week due to illness, the H.M must be informed immediately.
- Parents & guardians may not interfere in the management’s right to admit or refuse a pupil. (Rule 56 Grant in –Aid Code for school).
