| TRANSFER CERTIFICATES |

- A student applying for a Transfer Certificates before the completion of the course should pay all the fees and other money/ dues to the college.
- Transfer Certificate will not be issued after a lapse of 6 years from the date of leaving the college. For every re-issue of T.C a fee of Rs.300/- should be paid.
- For every extract from the College on Results, Registration or Admission etc. a fees of Rs.50/- should be paid.
- Every application for a certificate should be made at least three days before the certificate is required and should contain all particulars regarding the student’s name, date of joining and leaving the college, caste, religion, examination passed and subject taken under part I and II. Postal charges (registered) shall also be sent in cash or stamps.
- Certificates will not be issued unless all dues to the college are paid. A postal cover or stamp should be forwarded with every application for information without which no application or correspondence will be attended.
